महाराष्ट्र में एक बड़ी दुर्घटना की खबर मिल रही है. पुल से टकराकर गिरी कार में सात मेडिकल छात्रों की मौत हो गई है.
ये सातों मेडिकल के छात्र थे. जानकारी के मुताबिक महाराष्ट्र में पुल से टकराने के बाद कार गिर पड़ी जिसके कारण कार में सवार 7 लोगों की मौत हो गई है. हादसे में मारे गए सातों लोग मेडिकल छात्र बताए जा रहे हैं. मरने वालों में एक बीजेपी विधायक विजय रहांगडाले का बेटा भी बताया जा रहा है, जिसका नाम आविष्कार रहांगडाले है. जानकारी के अनुसार ये
सभी लोग दवेली से वर्धा जा रहे थे. हालांकि, हादसे की वजह अभी पता नहीं लग पाई हैअबतक की मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक घटना सोमवार की रात 11.30 की है. जहां कार दुर्घटना में सात मेडिकल छात्रों की मौत हो गई है. यह हादसा वर्धा के सेलसुरा के पास हुआ है. कार में सवार सात मेडिकल छात्र सावंगी के मेडिकल कॉलेज में पढ़ते थे. ये छात्र देवली से वर्धा जा रहे थे और रास्ते में ये दुर्घटना हो गई.
‘शिवसेना ने BJP के साथ रहकर 25 साल बर्बाद कर दिए’

महाराष्ट्र के सीएम और शिवसेना प्रमुख उद्धव ठाकरे ने भाजपा पर राजनीतिक सुविधा के अनुसार हिंदुत्व (Hindutva)
का इस्तेमाल करने का आरोप लगाया. उद्धव ने कहा कि ‘‘शिवसेना ने भाजपा के साथ गठजोड़ किया था क्योंकि वह हिंदुत्व के लिए सत्ता चाहती थी. शिवसेना ) ने सत्ता की खातिर कभी हिंदुत्व का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया.’’ उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘शिवसेना ने हिंदुत्व को नहीं बल्कि भाजपा को छोड़ दिया. मैं मानता हूं कि भाजपा का अवसरवादी हिंदुत्व बस सत्ता के लिए है.’’ उद्धव ठाकरे ने कहा कि शिवसेना ने भाजपा के साथ गठबंधन में जो 25साल निकाले वह ‘बर्बाद’ चले गये. पार्टी के संस्थापक और अपने पिता बाल ठाकरे की 96 वीं जयंती पर शिवसैनिकों को डिजिटल माध्यम से संबोधित करते हुए उद्धव ठाकरे ने कहा कि
शिवसेना ने सत्ता के माध्यम से हिंदुत्व के एजेंडे को आगे लेने के जाने के लिए भाजपा से हाथ मिलाया था. उद्धव ने कहा कि उनकी पार्टी राज्य के बाहर अपना प्रसार करने का प्रयास करेगी और उसका लक्ष्य राष्ट्रीय भूमिका हासिल करने का है. उन्होंने कहा कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी नीत राष्ट्रीय जनतांत्रिक गठबंधन सिकुड़ गया है क्योंकि अकाली दल एवं शिवसेना जैसे पुराने सहयोगी पहले ही उससे बाहर निकल गये.उद्धव ठाकर ने कांग्रेस और राकांपा के साथ हाथ मिलाने को सही ठहराते हुए कहा, ‘‘ हमने भाजपा को उसकी राष्ट्रीय महत्वाकांक्षा पूरी करने के लिए दिल खोलकर साथ दिया. हमारे बीच समझ यह थी कि वह राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर जाएगी और हम महाराष्ट्र में आगे रहेंगे. लेकिन हमारे साथ धोखा किया गया और हमें हमारे ही घर में मिटाने की कोशिश की गयी. इसलिए हमने पलटवार किया. ’’ उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि भाजपा अपनी सुविधा के हिसाब से अपने सहयोगियों का इस्तेमाल करती है और फिर उन्हें किनारे लगा देती है. उन्होंने कहा, ‘‘ भाजपा का मतलब हिंदुत्व नहीं है. मैं अपने इस बयान पर कायम हूं कि शिवसेना ने भाजपा के साथ गठबंधन में 25 साल बर्बाद कर दिये.
दिल्ली, मुंबई में घटी कोरोना की रफ्तार

देश में कोरोना की तीसरी लहर में देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में संक्रमण के मामलों में लगातार आज सोमवार को नए मामलों में कमी देखने को मिली और संक्रमण दर में भी गिरावट देखी गई, वहीं मुंबई में आज कोरोना संक्रमण में काफी कमी दर्ज की गई है. वहीं, दक्षिणी राज्यों में कर्नाटक और केरल में कोविड-19 के मामलेे अभी भी बड़ी संख्या में आ रहे हैं. जानकारी के मुताबिक, देश की राजधानी दिल्ली में पिछले 24 घंटे में COVID19 के 5,760 मामले आए हैं.
30 लोगों की मृत्यु हुई है और 45,140 सक्रिय मामले हैं. दिल्ली में आज पॉज़िटिविटी रेट घटकर 11.79% हो गया है. मुंबई में पिछले 24 घंटों में कोरोना वायरस के 1,857 नए मामले सामने आए, 503 रिकवरी हुईं और 11 लोगों की कोरोना से मौत हुई. महाराष्ट्र की राजधनी में COVID19 के सक्रिय मामले 21,142 हैं. यह जानकारी बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिका (बीएमसी) ने दी. बीएमसी ने एक बुलेटिन में कहा कि इन नए मामलों के साथ ही महानगर में कोविड-19 संक्रमितों की कुल संख्या बढ़कर 10,36,690 हो गई, जबकि मरने वालों की संख्या बढ़कर 16,546 हो गई. इसने कहा कि पिछले 24 घंटे में 503 और मरीजों को छुट्टी देने के साथ, अभी तक ठीक हुए मरीजों की संख्या बढ़कर 9,96,289 हो गई. बुलेटिन के अनुसार, वर्तमान में, मुंबई में 21,142 उपचाराधीन मरीज हैं.

अपील करते हुए मंगलवार को प्रदर्शन किया. बड़ी संख्या में मौजूद शिक्षाविदों ने संस्थानों को कोरोना नियमों (Covid-19 Protocol) का पालन करते हुए खोलने की वकालत की है. प्रदर्शन कर रहे लोगों के हाथों में तख्तियां नजर आईं जिसमें लिखा है कि कक्षा 11 और 12वीं तथा कॉलेज, यूनिवर्सिटीज की पढ़ाई को कोविड-19
नियमों का पालन करते हुए जल्द से जल्द शुरू करने की इजाजत दी जाए. एक प्रदर्शनकारी ने मीडिया से बात करते हुए कहा कि जब दुकानें, मॉल और शराब की दुकानें खोली जा रही है तो प्रशासन ने कोविड-19 नियमों का हवाला देकर स्कूल कॉलेजों को क्यों बंद रखा है. उन्होंने सवालिया लहजे में कहा कि सरकार राज्य को किस दिशा में ले जाना चाहती है.
कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों के बीच बढ़ाई गई थी पाबंदियां
बताते चलें कि कोरोना के बढ़ते मामलों के बीच ममता बनर्जी सरकार (Mamata Banerjee Govt) ने जनवरी के पहले सप्ताह में स्कूल, कॉलेजों को बंद करने का ऐलान किया था. साथ ही राज्य में अन्य पाबंदियां लगाई जा गई थीं. जिसमें मास्क अनिवार्य और सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग के अलावा स्पा, सैलून, ब्यूटी पार्लर और चिड़ियाघर बंद कर दिए गए थे. इसके अलावा लोकल ट्रेन 50 फीसदी क्षमता के साथ चलाने के निर्देश दिए गए थे.

An incident on the same lines occurred in Karnataka’s Tumakuru district when a farmer went to buy a Bolero pick-up from a car showroom with his friends. However, he was shooed away by the sales executive
who thought that the farmer and his friends were window-shoppers. The executive allegedly told Kempegowda RL that he won’t even have “Rs 10 in his pocket”, let alone Rs 10 lakh for the car. Feeling insulted and humiliated after having such comments, the group of farmers left but challenged the sales person that he and his friends would return with cash to buy the SUV within an hour. He dared the sales executive to deliver the car on that day itself, if they managed to bring the cash. The video of the incident has been gone viral with some users accusing the sales team at the showroom of being “classist”. “Looking at my clothes and my condition, they felt that I’m not in a position to pay the money…one of their field officers told me- you probably don’t even have Rs 10, will you buy this vehicle?- He even said that those who come to buy a vehicle don’t come in the way we had,” Kempegowda said. He said, “Humiliated, one of my uncles challenged the salesman that they were ready to pay Rs 10 lakh and would he deliver the vehicle immediately to which he replied if they get full cash in half-an-hour, he would deliver the vehicle immediately. According to The Times of India, the sales executive felt that the farmer would never make it as it was too late to withdraw cash from banks that day. Thirty minutes later, the farmer returned with Rs 10 lakh and demanded the car. But, the sales executive could not deliver and asked for two days. The farmer got upset and filed a complaint with the local police. Police personnel from Tilak Park police station had to persuade the farmer and his friends to return to their homes.

Coimbatore police on Monday, 24 January, arrested Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) trade union district secretary M Bhaskaran after BJP members entered a town panchayat office in Pooluvapatti, and forcibly hung a portrait of Prime Minister Narendra Modi on an office wall. The police have also registered a case against 11 other party workers, citing trespassing and criminal intimidation in the matter. In a video posted on Facebook, 39-year-old Bhaskaran claims that the portrait was hung after repeated requests to the panchayat office for the installation of the photograph went unheeded. The BJP workers also reportedly questioned the police why Modi’s photograph couldn’t be hung inside the office, noting that Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M Karunanidhi and Chief Minister MK Stalin’s portraits were up on the wall. The workers reportedly asked, “That sir’s (ayya’s) photo is hung, and we did not raise any objection. Why should we not hang the photo of our Prime Minister? Are you from Pakistan? Or from Afghanistan? What is the problem in hanging the Indian Prime Minister’s photo?” Further, he went on to issue a threat, saying that if the photo was removed then the “Indian people would cause an uproar.” (With inputs from The News Minute.)
10 arrested in Mathura for UPTET malpractice

TEN people have been arrested for their alleged involvement in examination malpractice during the Uttar Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (UPTET), officials said on Monday.The arrests were made on Sunday in a joint operation of the police, special operations group (SOG) and surveillance officials.Mathura Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Gaurav Grover said, “Rs 1,53,000 in cash, 10 mobile phones, three admit cards and two duplicate answer sheets were recovered from the possession of the accused.” The gang leader, 32-year-old Vijai, has confessed to his involvement in examination malpractice, officials said.The gang sent some proxy candidates to take the exams held on Sunday.Vijay and eight other accused — Hanumanram, Ramesh Kumar, Pradeep, Surendra, Govind, Dinesh, Mangelal and Dori Lal — are from Rajasthan. The remaining accused, Laxmi Narain, is from Mathura in Uttar Pradesh, the police said.The arrested have been sent to judicial custody by a court.The police said efforts were on to arrest the remaining members of the gang
